| This innovative program is designed to build new leadership in an emerging healing field of hypnosis by giving the participants a working knowledge of hypnotherapy. The course is practical with powerful training, live demonstrations, practice and group processes in an intimate, supportive setting. Skills are also developed through homework assignments, which include the latest texts available in the hypnotherapy field, class handouts and further practice. We cover business and marketing strategies important to the development of a successful practice. These comprehensive courses are carefully designed to provide extensive training so that you can practice hypnotherapy as a career or integrate these sills with another profession in the health or counseling fields.
Upon completion of all class hours students will be eligible for examination leading to graduation as a Certified Consulting Hypnotherapist. The National Guild of Hypnosis continually reviews, annotates and upgrades the core program annually.
What is a Hypnotherapist? The U S Department of Labor declares that Hypnotherapy is an occupation within itself. The following legal definition is listed in the Dictionary of Occupational Titles. 079-157-010 "Induces hypnotic state in client to increase motivation or alter behavior through hypnosis.
What are the class perquisites for the class? Prior training is not required to use hypnosis effectively, so there are no perquisites for the training.
